As a Key Account Manager you will work closely with others KAM from different media agencies to ensure they are getting the most of AD-Pure solution and to join efforts to create the most relevant strategies for each end customer.
Manage client relationship through the ability to understand client marketing and business objectives and develops high-level strategic plans that includes the features provided by AD-Pure.
Ensure deliverables meet strategic requirements of the client (mainly online and media agencies), add value to the client, and meet AD-Pure quality standards.
Monitor efforts to ensure adherence to strategic plans and objectives.
- Develops and cultivates relationships with clients.
- Generates strategic marketing program ideas, scopes project, develops schedule; oversees implementation.
- Communicates and disseminates client requests to team; manages client expectations; manages internal communications and external communication with vendors.
- Analyzes client creative campaigns utilizing marketing analytics tools; provides client with insights and reports to drive actionable measures or improvements to the team.
- Generates project and creative briefs to illustrate the essential elements of a project including objectives, strategies, target audience, background, and executional considerations.
- Develops case studies on clients’ business.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in account management in an agency environment or on the end customer side, managing budgets and relationships with agencies and vendors.
- Fluency in English both written and spoken it’s a must.
- Knowledge on digital media planning/buying.

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Degree in communication, public relations, education on online marketing will also be valued.
